Item was discovered with some defects. However, it was being replaced with a brand new case and even allows a change of color to the original order.

This was the second order I placed and I remain convinced of the brand.
The phone case looks and feels great in the hand. My phone feels well protected and the pebbled leather compliments well with my other Grams(28) items. The smallest caveat/critique I could give to the quality of the phone case is the application of the leather. Although the leather feels fantastic to hold and I'm sure is going to patina very well because of the everyday use, the edges where the leather meets the case feel as if over time they will fray upward. I'm also unsure if the edges will lay better as it wears in more.
